FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

roadmapwill.com is not liable for damages that occur during shipment. Upon delivery, the driver will provide a delivery receipt to be signed by the customer, as acknowledgement that the goods have arrived in acceptable condition. Any problems, such as damages or shortages, MUST be noted on this receipt. No claims can be made without this information and roadmapwill.com will not be held responsible for any discrepancies not specified with the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Unless otherwise noted, all merchandise on www.roadmapwill.com is new and unused. Please note we do open some manufacturer’s boxs, these items are still considered new. Why we open or repackage some boxes:
a. To check for damages
b. To repackage the items to ensure safe transit to you.
In many cases you may return an item, that is NOT special ordered within 30 days. If the item is damaged it must be reported to use within 48H of receiving it so that we can file a claim and have recourse with the shipping carrier. These policies are strictly followed.
If the item is found to be defective, we'll work with you to make it right, and replace or refund you after we receive the item back. Some serialized product may not need to be returned and if there is a defect then you are not responsible to pay for return shipping.
